Bill Hackworth

Having been teethed on gospel music, singing God’s praises comes naturally to Bill Hackworth as breathing. Born the eldest child to Pastor William and Betty Hackworth Sr, Bill was raised in his father’s church, Unity Church Of God In Christ, in Elkhart, IN, where he started his service as the Minister of Music 1978.

In 1996 he moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where he joined the Every Nation church family. A word of knowledge was given to Bill that his music would touch nations. This has already come to fruition as Bill has lead worship in countries such as Poland and South Africa.

Married to the former Pearl Sims for 19 years; they reside with their children, William Hackworth III and Kristin, in Jacksonville, Florida, Where Bill serves as Worship Pastor at SouthPoint Community Church. Together, he and Pearl continue to witness God’s destiny for their lives unfold. Bill’s hearts desires is to share his knowledge and experiences with future worship leaders and, eventually, help launch the next generation of worship leaders throughout the world.

Bill has sung and recorded with some of the greatest performer’s and writer’s such as Grammy Award winner Tommy Sims, the Katina`s, Dottie Rambo, Israel Houghton just to name a few. Along with pasturing at SouthPoint, Bill also travels for Every Nations Ministry and Champions For Christ, an organization that ministers to professional and college athletes. Bill is a graduate of Victory Leadership Institute in Nashville, TN. He truly loves God, His family, and his church, and serves them all, with all his heart.
